Tech - Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will have versatile ultrasound experience, including breast, vascular, OB/GYN, and procedures, with the ability to perform independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging for various examinations including breast, vascular, OB/GYN, and procedural scans.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment according to clinical standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to provide accurate diagnostic images.
• Adhere to patient safety protocols and infection control procedures.
• Document procedures thoroughly and maintain detailed patient records.
• Adapt to floating within hospital departments or affiliated facilities as required.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Ultrasound or Radiologic Technology.
• Registered Sonographer in good standing with ARDMS, CCI, and/or ARRT.
• Possess 1-2 years of ultrasound experience.
• Hold a valid state license at the time of submission.
• BLS certification obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in breast, vascular, OB/GYN, and procedural sonography.
