Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes in condition.
• Educate patients and their families on health management strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Completion of Basic Pharmacology Exam and Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening.
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine and other required immunizations.
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screening.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
