We connect caregivers with clients close to their preferred service areas , helping reduce commute time while finding assignments that fit your availability. Whether you’re looking for full-time hours or flexible part-time shifts , we may have an opportunity for you.

We are currently hiring Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs for immediate openings in:

• Mid-Wilshire & Beverly Grove (ZIPs: 90036, 90048)

• Koreatown & Wilshire Center (ZIPs: 90005, 90010, 90020)

• Hancock Park & Larchmont Village (ZIPs: 90004)

Your Role as a Caregiver

As a SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver, you will:

• Provide compassionate companionship and social engagement

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Provide medication reminders

• Build positive and professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers

• Provide dependable care by being punctual and consistently covering scheduled shifts

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience required

• Must be at least 18 years old

• California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to register

• Current TB clearance

• Current CPR & First Aid certification

• Successful completion of a required background check

• Memory care experience preferred
