Schedule: Days 10x4 40hours/week

• Schedule: M–Th, 10:00 AM–8:30 PM

• Local Rule: No local candidates within 50 miles

• Experience: 2 years in specialty

• Required: AHA BLS

• Must Have: OR and Fluoroscopy experience

• Department: 24-hour department averaging ~150 exams/24 hours

• Setting: Inpatient & outpatient

• Procedures: C-arm, lumbar punctures, routine X-rays, fluoroscopic exams

• Holiday: Must work 2 of 3 major holidays 1 minor holiday

• Compliance: Due Wednesday prior to Monday start
