Peggy Focheux Duval: Director of Learning & Development, France As an office admin, you will provide administrative and clerical support, including managing documents, scheduling, data entry, coordinating office supplies, and assisting with daily office operations. Job Responsibilities Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation. Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document management. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications. Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and other basic administrative tasks as required. Act as a contact person with Wework on onboarding procedures eg. Access card / parking space etc. Qualifications Experience Prior administrative or office support experience. Education Diploma or certification in Business Administration or related field is an advantage. Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Additional Comments and Requirements Good communication and organizational skills.
