Jim Riehl’s Friendly Ford of Charlevoix is seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role reports to the Administrator and handles multiple back-end duties for the dealership. Responsibilities include accounting/administrative tasks, CVR and Secretary of State paperwork, maintaining accurate vehicle sale records, running the rental department, light phone work and cashiering, stocking vehicles, dealer trade paperwork, check writing, banking deposits, and reviewing #J-18808-Ljbffr Jim Riehl's Friendly Automotive Group
