Application Sme Location

Title- Application Sme Location- (NYC, north NJ or Clearwater, FL) Type - Hybrid (3 Days office) Client Domain Banking. This position will be primarily focused on Supporting Foreign Currency Trade flow front to back. Must understand the following:

• FX Spots, Forwards, Options, NDF's, Wires.
• FIX protocol and STP into accounting systems. (knowledge of API's, JSON, XML, CSV, helpful)
• CLS (Continuous linked settlement)
• Nostro Account basics
• Basic SQL scripting and querying business data
• A good understanding of Front to Back Core Banking Workflows (Savings, Deposit, Loans, and downstream apps) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Interest Rate Swaps flow is a plus.
• Able to support Hosted and Internal, Web and Desktop Applications
  • Understanding of installing, maintaining, and monitoring of client Server apps (Windows/Virtual machines). Very little Linux in this role.
  • Troubleshooting log files and debug logs
  • Solid understanding of network architecture and interacting with Infrastructure teams
• Good interpersonal and communication skill to work with IT Partners and Business stakeholders to manage expectations, intake/resolve issues, requests, and changes through Service Now ticketing system.
• Good documentation skills to keep app support run books updated with relevant information.
• Follow ITLM best practices.
• Team focused, positive eager attitude and a willingness to jump in to assist wherever their skills can be leveraged.
