Talent Acquisition SpecialistUlbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified talent while building strategic candidate pipelines to support the organization's current and future workforce needs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The essential duties and responsibilities listed below are not all encompassing. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned consistent with business requirements.)Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and recruitment priorities.Source, identify, and engage active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, technical schools, and community organizations to create a pipeline of emerging talent for current and future hiring needs.Represent the organization at career fairs, campus recruiting events, networking events, and other recruiting functions.Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with position requirements.Conduct candidate outreach, phone screenings, and initial interviews.Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Extend employment offers and support compensation discussions in collaboration with management and Human Resources.Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking system data.Monitor labor market trends and recruitment best practices to support effective hiring strategies.Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners, professional associations, and industry networks.Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility and attractiveness to prospective candidates.Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruitment procedures.Overnight travel is required to support relationship-building efforts, maintain a strong organizational presence, and engage with external partners, prospective candidates, and key stakeholders.Responsibilities may evolve over time based on organizational priorities, departmental needs, and business objectives, with additional duties assigned as appropriate.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, or a related field.Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple positions and departments preferred.Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.Ability to travel regularly to support organizational and recruitment objectives.Additional InformationThis position which requires an on-site presence (Monday-Friday), offers a competitive base salary, an opportunity to earn a bonus, and generous benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and much more).Ulbrich is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
