To guide and grow civil practices in Virginia and North Carolina, the full-time Mid-Atlantic Growth Leader will manage municipal business, drive strategic growth, and lead a talented team while working remotely. Key responsibilities Shape and execute growth strategy by identifying target markets and scalable opportunities Build and manage client portfolios, leveraging firmwide resources to drive growth Direct multi-practice projects, ensuring seamless execution across regions Required qualifications Demonstrated leadership in executing market strategy and driving profitable growth Established executive network across central and western Virginia and/or North Carolina Proven record of winning and retaining client relationships Registered as a Professional Engineer in Virginia or North Carolina Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary project portfolios
