BUILDING SUBCODE OFFICIAL / INSPECTOR
City of Summit
Full-Time Building Subcode Official HHS / Inspector Minimum 5 years' experience required. The successful candidate will perform plan review and sign technical sections, and will inspect new and existing residential, commercial, and industrial buildings and structures to enforce compliance with applicable local and building codes. They will also perform a variety of duties for the city. Applicants must possess valid licenses as a Building Subcode (RCS), (ICS) and (HHS) Inspector, and Construction Official issued by the NJDCA, and a valid New Jersey Driver's License.
