Job Function:

• Provide comprehensive primary care and behavioral health services within a facility offering primary care, therapy, medication management, group sessions, TMS treatment, and cognitive assessments..
• Manage a daily patient load of approximately 12-15 patients in behavioral health.
• Participate in a 30-day orientation period, beginning with one-hour appointments per patient and gradually building to full volume.
• Utilize the MediTab EMR system for documentation and patient management.
• Follow a Monday-Friday schedule (8:30-4:30 or 9-5), with opportunities to earn additional income by taking weekend telehealth visits from home.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality care, supported by weekly reports outlining services provided and progress on key quality initiatives such as referrals, wellness, and patient feedback.

• Masters degree as Psychiatric NP
• 2 years practice experience as an NP.
• Board eligibility/board certification required.
• License in NJ required at start of employment.
• Spanish (bilingual NOT medical) speaking required.
