Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: Hunt Valley, Maryland

Type: Contract

Compensation: $21 - $23/hour

Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 7A-4P (Monday - Friday); can move to 8-5 if needed

Overview
Reputable Manufacturer is seeking a Lab Tech to support in their Seasonings R&D Lab.


Responsibilities:

• Responsible for compounding seasoning formulas and applying to finished product as needed for tasting
• Responsible for the preparation / set-up of raw materials, finished products, and retention samples
• Manage lab inventory of raw materials, snack base, & supplies needed to support daily tasks

Requirements:

• Recent science graduate with some work experience (strongly prefer experience as a server/in food industry - must be interested in working with food/cooking)
• Quick learner, adaptable, ready to go
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; high school diploma fine BUT can't be a HS fresh out - need some type of food experience (chef, barista, etc)
• 0 years of experience required
