Join our healthcare partner's 20-bed medical-surgical unit, where you'll care for both adult and pediatric patients. This role offers a supportive environment with a focus on quality patient care. As a Med-Surg RN, you will work 12-hour night shifts with flexibility to cover other shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. You may also assist with Flu Immunization clinics and are expected to attend staff meetings.

• Provide comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients in a Med-Surg setting
• Maintain excellent staffing ratios: Non-COVID typically 4:1, max 5:1; COVID patients typically 2:1, max 3:1
• Float to other departments as needed, based on experience and competence
• Attend orientation on Mondays and comply with facility deadlines

Requirements:

• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Need 3 years experience in Med-Surg and 1 year pediatric experience
• Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric patients
