Sr Specialist Payroll Assistant

Job Responsibilities: Process U.S. payroll transactions accurately and on time. Maintain and update payroll records and employee data. Respond to Tier 2 payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Support payroll activities including: Final pay processing Retroactive payments Tax adjustments Overpayments and corrections Benefits balancing Deductions and arrears setup Preparation of W-2c forms Ensure proper documentation, audit support, and tracking of payroll activities Skills: Proven experience in high-volume payroll processing Strong ability to handle payroll inquiries efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) Experience with payroll systems and data management Education/Experience: High School #J-18808-Ljbffr SGS Consulting
