Customer Solutions Representative

Location: Ooltewah, TN

Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday | 8-5

Pay: Hourly, based on experience.

What You'll Do:

Help companies across North America find the right industrial tire solutions. We're looking for a motivated sales professional who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships, and growing business in a stable manufacturing company that's been trusted since 1953.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer service mindset with a professional and positive attitude.

• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Previouscustomer service or office experience is preferred but notrequired.
