Facilities Maintenance Technician

Description In this role as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you are a hands-on, safety-focused problem solver who enjoys diagnosing issues, making repairs, and keeping facilities operating efficiently. You manage your time effectively, work well independently or as partof a team, and take pride in seeing diverse facility repair projects through to completion. *Please note, we are not able to consider candidates who currently or in the future will require VISA sponsorship. You are responsible for maintaining systems to ensure a safe and functional work environment. Your daily tasks include troubleshooting and resolving issues involving electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems, as well as performing scheduled preventive maintenance. Requirements High school diploma / GED Associate's degree or vocational trade school certification in building maintenance or industrial technology preferred 2 - 5 years of related experience in facility or building maintenance
