Assistant Materials Manager Full Time

Assistant Materials Manager Des Peres Square Surgery Center is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Materials Manager. The center performs a diverse range of outpatient surgical procedures and aims to treat every patient and their family as if they were our own. As an Assistant Materials Manager you will be the heart of our supply chain, coordinating procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal supply levels. Responsibilities Procure all supplies for the Surgery Center. Order and receive supplies, stock supplies, and coordinate with vendors. Maintain and manage inventory records. Assist Accounts Payable with invoice packets. Ensure seamless coordination and optimal inventory levels. Work Schedule Position requires weekdays only – no holidays, weekends, or on‑call duties. Qualifications High school graduate; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 12 months of related experience in a healthcare facility. Experience in healthcare materials management or an Operating Room setting preferred. Highly motivated, energetic, with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
