Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager - APAC is a full-time role based in the Asia-Pacific region, with extensive travel across the region and periodic travel to Israel. This position builds and leads Bettear's business in APAC - recruiting and managing partners, opening new markets and driving revenue growth across the region.
You will identify priority markets, build a network of distributors, resellers and integrators, and work with them to win projects in theaters, museums, universities, public venues and government. You will be Bettear's face in the region, working closely with headquarters sales, technical pre-sales and marketing.
Responsibilities

Own APAC sales targets, regional business plan and forecast
Identify priority markets and build a go-to-market plan for each
Recruit, onboard and manage distributors, resellers and integrators across the region
Drive key opportunities and tenders together with local partners
Build relationships with end customers, consultants and accessibility organizations
Represent Bettear at regional trade shows and industry events
Gather market and competitive insights and share them with headquarters
Keep CRM data accurate and report regularly on pipeline and performance
Qualifications

7+ years in B2B sales in APAC, with at least 3 years managing channel partners or distributors
Proven track record of opening new markets and building partner networks in the region
Experience in AV, pro audio, accessibility or technology hardware solutions - a strong advantage
Existing network of integrators and distributors in APAC markets - a strong advantage
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Self-driven and able to work independently, far from headquarters
Excellent English; Asian languages (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) are an advantage
Willingness to travel extensively across the region
