Whether you're beginning a new career in travel or looking for a flexible opportunity to use your customer service skills, you'll receive training, ongoing support, and access to industry resources to help you grow.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Remote Hotel Reservations Specialist, you may:Assist clients with researching and selecting hotel accommodations.Provide information about destinations, hotel amenities, pricing, and availability.Prepare lodging recommendations based on client preferences and travel needs.Coordinate reservations with travel suppliers and hotel partners.Maintain accurate records of client communications and bookings.Respond professionally to client questions via email, phone, or virtual communication tools.Participate in training and professional development opportunities.Stay informed about travel industry updates and hotel offerings.QualificationsWe're looking for individuals who are:Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.Organized and detail-oriented.Comfortable communicating with clients professionally.Able to work independently and manage their time effectively.Willing to learn new skills and technology.Interested in the travel industry.Preferred but not required:Customer service experienceHospitality or travel experienceSales or client support experienceTraining is provided for qualified candidates.Work ArrangementThis is a remote independent contractor opportunity. Individuals accepted into the program operate their own independent travel business while accessing training, technology, and support through our organization. This opportunity does not include a guaranteed hourly wage or salary.
