Role: ServiceNow IRM Developer

Location: Minneapolis, MN/ Dallas, TX/ McLean, VA (Hybrid)

Type: Contract

Project / Initiative:

The role supports Client's enterprise AI intake and governance platform. AI ideas are submitted through a centralized intake process, assessed by autonomous agents, reviewed by an AI Champion, routed to the appropriate delivery path, and tracked through production and value realization.

Core Responsibilities:

• Participate in design/discovery sessions and sprint ceremonies.
• Work with BAs and development leads to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop ServiceNow IRM user stories and take ownership from design through production deployment.
• Recommend out-of-the-box ServiceNow configurations wherever possible rather than customization.
• Perform testing, peer code reviews, defect resolution, and support functional/UAT testing.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation to meet audit requirements.
• Potentially develop custom applications using tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Mandatory Skills:

• ServiceNow IRM: 3+ years
• Overall ServiceNow: 5+ years
• JavaScript: 5+ years

Optional / Preferred Skills:

• Spring Boot 2+ years
• React UI 2+ years
• ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• AWS or Azure native application development

Ideal Candidate:

A strong hands-on ServiceNow IRM developer who can independently own requirements from discovery/design through development, testing and production, understands platform best practices, and favors configuration over unnecessary customization.
