Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping aid us with the selling of Auto Glass. We would like our candidate to be a team player and have the desire to grow the company. We are a locally owned and operated business. Hours of employment will be 8am-4pm Monday- Friday with rotating Saturdays. Starting pay is $16 to $18. We are located 1 mile north of I70 & Quebec. Basic computer skill required. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledgebase of the evolving products and services Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills About At Auto Glass Express, our mission is to provide exceptional and reliable auto glass services to our clients, with a commitment to customer satisfaction, safety, and affordability.
