Epic Referrals Analyst

*Sr. Epic Referrals Analyst (100% Remote | 6-Month Contract)* *Location:* 100% Remote
*Duration:* 6-Month Contract
*Overview* We are seeking a *Epic Referrals Analyst* to support a major healthcare client's access strategy initiatives. This role will focus heavily on *referrals, scheduling optimization, and patient access improvements*, with a strong emphasis on Epic build and workflow enhancements.
This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant *who thrives in both technical build work and operational collaboration.
*Key Responsibilities*

* Serve as a *primary Epic build resource* supporting access expansion across ambulatory specialties and BMDA
* Lead and support enhancements within *Epic Referrals workflows*, including visit type build
* Drive improvements in *online scheduling and patient access capabilities*
* Partner with operational leaders to align on and execute *enterprise scheduling strategies*
* Optimize *provider templates and scheduling workflows* to improve access
* Support ongoing updates and changes to:
* ASA tables
* Referral workqueues (WQ)
* EMPA
* Authorization workflows

* Strong experience with *Epic Referrals (heavy focus required)*
* Minimum *4+ years of Epic-related experience*

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
