Technical Project Manager Salesforce CRM Migration

Employment Type: Contract
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise CRM migration projects to Salesforce . The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive Agile delivery, track project milestones, and ensure successful execution using Jira . Experience with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude is a plus.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Salesforce CRM migration projects.
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate business, development, QA, and Salesforce teams.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and maintain Jira boards, backlogs, dashboards, and reporting.
- Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Utilize AI tools like Copilot or Claude to improve project execution and documentation.
- 7+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
- Proven experience managing CRM migration projects, preferably to Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce implementation and Agile delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience migrating from Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CRM, Siebel, or similar platforms to Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot , Claude , or other AI-assisted productivity tools.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
