Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonville, FL, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital and social media marketing campaigns. This role involves developing marketing strategies, overseeing content creation for various platforms, and managing campaign calendars to ensure consistent, brand-aligned messaging. The Marketing Manager will analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and use insights to refine initiatives and improve ROI. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing budgets, supervising marketing activities, and staying current with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications Experience in marketing management, including planning, executing, and measuring digital and social media campaigns. Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Strong skills in content development, brand messaging, and campaign coordination. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and organization. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
