Job Summary And Qualifications The Manager of Critical Care ensures high quality, patient‑centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager of Critical Care monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes to support facility objectives. Qualifications Registered professional nurse licensed in the state(s) of practice or holding an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation. Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Three or more years of applicable experience. One or more years of leadership experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification. Non‑Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification.
