About This Role Our team seeks a Marketing Technology (MarTech) expert to partner with engineering, analytics, and marketing to build and improve tools that help our teams reach prospects and customers with the right message at the right time. You will help define a product roadmap, oversee development, and cultivate an ecosystem of third‑party and first‑party marketing technology. Location: Audible HQ, Newark, NJ with the possibility to work from New York City offices two days per week. Key Responsibilities Build the strategy and roadmap for marketing technology across paid or lifecycle marketing, while directing day‑to‑day execution towards that vision. Work directly with engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to build product solutions and integrate with 1P and 3P tools. Evangelize use of marketing technology within Audible, providing clear documentation and training to our internal users on the products we build and support. Continually monitor marketing technology tools and trends to ensure Audible is delivering high quality messages to our customers. About You You are an experienced, entrepreneurial, and strategic product leader with a track record of launching and scaling disruptive products. You thrive in a highly collaborative environment, effectively communicate complex concepts, and are passionate about building products that help marketers harness data to reach prospects and customers. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant work experience leading the delivery of marketing, advertising, or data products. Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition. Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery. Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product. Experience managing technical products or online services. Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product.
