Job Summary:

The location is in Los Angeles, California. The position is for a CT Technologist in a healthcare facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. This role involves operating computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes and performing additional imaging procedures such as general radiography and fluoroscopy.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift hours from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The days of the week may vary.


• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have an associates degree in Radiologic Technology; be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT)); hold a valid Radiologic Tech (RT) license in California; possess an ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) certification; and have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. In addition, candidates should have no minimum experience requirement and zero years of experience.


• Additional Information: The position involves assessing and planning patient care for individuals across age groups from adolescence to geriatrics. Responsibilities include producing reformatted images for radiologist interpretation, using PACS and teleradiology systems, maintaining accurate records, ensuring imaging data security, performing routine equipment maintenance, and managing supply inventory. Candidates should adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations.
