Helper Generator Install (2025-1071)

The Generator Helper works alongside licensed installers and technicians to learn the full scope of generator systems. This role combines hands-on work with ongoing skill development and is designed for someone who is mechanically inclined, eager to grow, and committed to building a long-term career in the HVAC trade.

Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn generator installation.

Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools.

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with placing, assembling, and installing generator equipment, ductwork, and piping

Load, unload, and stage tools, materials, and equipment

Measure, cut, and prepare sheet metal, insulation, and related components

Support basic wiring, piping, and system connections under supervision

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and company vehicle

Follow all company safety standards and OSHA guidelines

Contribute to on-schedule project completion while maintaining quality

Licenses & Certifications

Additional technical training or certifications a plus.

Valid driver's license with insuarable driving record.
