Seeking a Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Therapist, the part-time 1099 contractor will provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and families, with a strong preference for remote care delivery while managing a flexible schedule. Key responsibilities Provide evidence-based therapy to a diverse client caseload, including children, adults, couples, and families Utilize Lyra's platform for administrative support, including billing and scheduling, to focus on client care Engage in clinical consultations and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic practices Required qualifications Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD) Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license to practice independently Experience with evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT Ability to provide care in the Massachusetts area and fluency in Korean Experience managing clinical risks and responding to crises as needed Virtual Vocations Inc
