• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant coursework in education or child development is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional, behavioral, and personal support to students under the guidance of classroom teachers
• Assist with classroom activities, small group instruction, and one-on-one support

• Monitor student progress and document observations for teachers and specialists

• Supervise students during classroom, lunch, and recess activities as needed
