Production Operator | $18/hr | Centralia, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:00pm

Position Overview:

• Join a locally established manufacturing company specializing in plastic netting, packaging, and protective materials used in construction, aquaculture, and industrial applications
• Work in a fast-paced production setting focused on consistency, teamwork, and meeting daily production goals
• Full-time, entry-level opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and tools (including scissors) to create plastic netting and webbing products used across multiple industries
• Complete repetitive production tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and keeping up with required production minimums
• Lift up to 50 lbs, stand or sit for extended periods, and perform bending, kneeling, and counting tasks throughout the shift
