GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES :


The Robotic Weld Operator is responsible for operating production machinery and performing production-related functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires maintaining quality standards, meeting production quotas, completing production documentation, and safely handling hot materials and equipment. The role involves frequent physical activity, including standing, bending, lifting, and working in non-climate-controlled conditions. Candidates must be safety-conscious, adaptable to changing production needs, and able to effectively communicate and work with fellow associates and management.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred; not required .


• Ability to safely operate production machinery and follow established work instructions.


• Ability to meet established production and quality standards.


• Ability to perform routine quality checks and identify potential defects.


• Ability to work safely around hot parts, machinery, and other manufacturing hazards.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.


• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, lift, pull, and handle materials.


• Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours and overtime as required.


• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.


• Flexibility to operate different machines or perform other production duties based on business needs.
