We value work-life balance and offer a flexible corporate office environment.About the Role:To check and key all Customer returns into the system.Purpose of PositionTo check and key all Customer returns into the system.Essential Job FunctionsReceive and inspect returned goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies.Verify return authorization and documentation.Work with vendors on any questions or missing return authorizations.Record return transactions in inventory or ERP systems.Provide the vendor with all necessary details for input into their system.Sort and categorize items for restocking, disposal, or repair.Communicate with customer service and warehouse teams regarding return issues.Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the returns area.Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.Education and Certifications, Experience and Skills, and CompetenciesHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experience.Generally, 6+ months of relevant work experience preferred, but not required.Listens and gets clarificationObserves safety procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions, uses equipment and materials properlyMust be accuracy and thoroughMust have good knowledge of reprocessing workMust be able to work efficientlyIs consistently at work and on timeGood interpersonal skillsSPECIAL CONSIDERATIONSRemote Work: 0%Travel approximately up to (%):Additional DetailsMust be available to travel as needed within and outside of the USLifting and/or moving required: RequiredLift and/or move up to (lbs): 50Frequency: FrequentlyBending/stooping/kneeling required: RequiredFrequency: FrequentlyRoutine standing (approximate hrs per day): 8Maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery:Pallet jacks, push cartsOther special considerations:Requires use of hands, arms, feet and legsWhat happens next?If you are interested in this opportunity please apply!
