Shipping & Receiving CoordinatorCedar Rapids, IA 52402Job DescriptionShipping & Receiving Coordinator Cedar Rapids, IA 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM $18–$20/hr DOE We are currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment in Cedar Rapids. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, keeping things moving, and working in a fast-paced warehouse/shipping setting without the chaos.Responsibilities:Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipmentsVerify shipments, packing slips, and inventory accuracyPrepare orders for shipment and ensure timely deliveryOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as neededMaintain organized shipping/receiving areasCommunicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departmentsAssist with inventory counts and general warehouse supportQualifications:Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferredForklift experience is a plusBasic computer and inventory system knowledgeStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededReliable attendance and strong work ethicWhat We Offer:Stable Monday–Friday scheduleClean and temperature-controlled environmentOpportunity to grow with a well-established companySupportive team atmosphereAdvance Services, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer
