Distribution Coordinator

Join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and play a key role in supporting office operations, customer communications, and distribution activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments
• Utilize SAP for daily administrative functions
• Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, courier deliveries, and other correspondence
• Prepare and send samples and product returns
• Purchase, receive, and replenish office supplies as needed
• Coordinate maintenance and service scheduling for office equipment

Qualifications

• Secretarial, Administrative, or Business School Certificate preferred
• Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred
• Experience using SAP is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
