Position Summary: As part of the Channel Marketing team, the Channel Marketing Specialist helps execute programs that drive brand engagement, customer growth, and sales effectiveness for various channel customers. This role works under the direction of the Channel Marketing Manager to execute plans and deliverables. In this role, you will directly support HEW field sales by delivering on key initiatives such as customer rebate programs, sales enablement tools, literature and sample fulfillment, Company Store (co-store) management, co-marketing and other requests as needed. Success in this role requires the ability to communicate proactively and cross-functionally with others. You will need to possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to execute across multiple projects while maintaining high standards for timeliness and quality.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sales Enablement & Channel Support: Serve as the primary marketing support resource for the HEW external sales team for customer-facing assets. Create strategy for supporting HEW external sales team with appropriate sales enablement tools, training, and other customer-facing assets. Support the management of HEW's internal promotional materials and branded merchandise platform, including inventory oversight. Maintain and continuously improve sales enablement tools, resources, and content to ensure field teams have access to current and effective materials. Support implementation of channel marketing programs, customer programs, product launches, channel expansion opportunities, rebates, and other demand-generation initiatives. Partner with field sales, distribution, retail, and builder customers to identify and implement marketing opportunities that drive engagement, trial, and sales growth. Support reporting, program measurement, and data management activities within Salesforce and other CRM and sales enablement programs. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify innovative ways to support customers, strengthen channel relationships, and improve effectiveness of marketing and sales programs. Provide support for the Prove it Tour™ mobile marketing experience as needed, including event coordination, communications, and resource management.

Experience, Skills and Knowledge: Education: A bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in a relevant field and/or related experience. Channel marketing, merchandising, or other relevant marketing experience is a plus. Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Competency or willingness to learn SalesForce CRM and Monday.com. Personal Attributes: Attention to detail. Curiosity. Willingness to learn and take on tasks of all types, showing a collaborative and flexible attitude. Ability to clearly, concisely and effectively communicate – written/oral. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 20% within the US.
