To learn how to apply for a faculty or staff position, please review this tip sheet .Research Analyst 1The University of Miami/UHealth Department of Surgery has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Research Analyst 1 to work in Miami.Core Job Summary:The Research Analyst TP prepares data, conducts statistical analysis, and summarizes results for a variety of research projects.Core Responsibilities:Analyzes data and interprets research findings.Identifies appropriate data sources to conduct and execute analyses.Verifies accuracy and internal consistency of reports, including required state and federal reports.Ensures proper technical documentation and preparation of tabular and written reports and gives oral presentations.Completes surveys and reports, discipline-specific accreditation, and admission and grant proposals.Provides feedback and assistance on honing conclusions and recommendations into actionable findings.Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.Department Specific Functions:Data analyticsResearch Study DesignSurgical education, medical education or equivalentThis list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as necessary.Core Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant experience.
