Costurero(A) Industrial Desde Casa No se considerarn candidatos sin experiencia cosiendo materiales pesados en mquinas de coser industriales. ESTA POSICIN NO ES COMPLETAMENTE REMOTA! Aunque este puesto se realiza principalmente desde casa, debe vivir dentro de un radio aproximado de 20 millas de Wylie, TX (75098) y contar con transporte confiable. AXL Advanced est buscando costureros(as) industriales con experiencia para fabricar productos textiles tcticos y de grado militar desde su propio taller o espacio de trabajo en casa. Compensacin: Pago por Pieza nicamente (No por Hora) Pago por cada unidad completada y aprobada. Los costureros suelen generar un ingreso equivalente de $12-$15 dlares por hora o ms, dependiendo de su eficiencia, nivel de habilidad y calidad de trabajo. Las tarifas varan segn la complejidad del producto. Mayor produccin = mayores ingresos. Requisitos de Equipo de Costura: Debe tener experiencia utilizando una mquina de coser industrial de arrastre doble (walking foot) capaz de coser materiales gruesos y mltiples capas (equivalente a una JUKI DNU-1541S con posicionador de aguja). Debe comprar, rentar o arrendar su propia mquina. La empresa no proporciona mquinas de coser. Podemos recomendar varias empresas en el rea de Dallas donde puede comprar, rentar o arrendar una mquina adecuada. Lo que Ofrecemos: Horario flexible. Trabajo principalmente desde casa. Oportunidad de trabajar en productos premium para los sectores militar y de las fuerzas del orden. Responsabilidades: Recoger rdenes de trabajo y materiales. Visitar nuestras instalaciones aproximadamente cada 12 semanas. Ensamblar componentes textiles para convertirlos en productos terminados. Mantener una calidad de produccin constante. Cumplir con los plazos de produccin y entregar rdenes completadas a tiempo. Realizar inspecciones de producto y control de calidad. Identificar defectos de costura y corregir problemas cuando sea necesario. Realizar mantenimiento bsico diario de la mquina de coser. Mantener comunicacin profesional respecto a los calendarios y necesidades de produccin. Experiencia Requerida: Experiencia utilizando mquinas de coser industriales tipo walking foot. Experiencia cosiendo materiales pesados. Experiencia cumpliendo plazos de produccin. Trabajo enfocado en el control de calidad y la precisin. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente desde casa. Experiencia Preferida (Muy Valorada): Experiencia cosiendo o fabricando equipo tctico. Experiencia cosiendo productos de nylon tctico o militar. Experiencia cosiendo equipo de carga o soporte de peso (load-bearing equipment). Creacin, modificacin y desarrollo de patrones. Elaboracin de patrones mediante CAD. Experiencia trabajando con cuero. Familiaridad con materiales compuestos (composites). Familiaridad con equipo tctico, equipo militar, MILSIM, Airsoft u otras industrias relacionadas.
