Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for a Receiving Clerk in Perrysburg Township, OH.


We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to support our warehouse and receiving operations. This position is responsible for receiving incoming products, verifying quantities, inspecting shipments for accuracy and damage, and maintaining accurate inventory records. A strong attention to detail is essential, as counting and verifying product quantities is a significant part of this role.The Receiving Clerk will also assist with picking, packing, and other warehouse duties as needed. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Available shifts include

1. 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
• Count and verify products against packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving documents.
• Accurately enter and record incoming inventory into the appropriate system.
• Identify and communicate shipment discrepancies, shortages, damages, or inventory issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Organize, stage, and move received materials to designated locations.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock control, and general inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving and warehouse area.
• Assist with picking and packing orders as needed.
• Support other warehouse and production-related duties based on business needs.
• Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, shipping, or material handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and verify products.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible and willing to assist in multiple areas, including receiving, picking, and packing.
• Forklift experience or a valid forklift certification is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
