Finance Manager

Responsibilities The Finance Manager will report to the Director of Finance, assist in the preparation of the Company’s annual budget process, participate in the development and production of monthly operational reporting, and serve as key liaison among regional corporate departments, the accounting staff and senior management. Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Company’s annual budget process Help lead the continued improvement and automation of the budget process Develop and produce all monthly financial reports Assist in the monthly close process – reviewing P&Ls, reclasses, accruals and variance analysis Assist AVP of operations in building proformas and compensation models Build key supporting reports for the regions and corporate departments Assist in the production and development of senior management reporting package Work closely with accounting to identify and solve issues during the monthly close process Assist in the development of quarterly forecasts and staffing model updates Liaison with many areas of the Company to provide timely support and proactive feedback on all issues Qualifications Experience / Education 5+ years experience of financial analysis and budgeting – accounting related experience is a plus Healthcare experience is preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting Hardware / Software Strong working knowledge of Excel Experience with a budgeting system is needed – Oracle software experience is preferred Experience with an accounting system is preferred – Oracle software experience is a plus Benefits and Compensation Take great care of the patient, every day and every way.
