Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working within our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will implement PT treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercises and functional training, document patient progress, and collaborate closely with supervising Physical Therapists, nursing staff, and families.
