Job Description:
The Echo Technologist is responsible for performing cardiac ultrasound procedures, primarily utilizing GE Vivid E95 for resting/stress echoes and Philips CVX for transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs). The position entails providing care in various settings including OR, cath lab, and EP lab.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of cardiac ultrasound procedures.
- Assist in OR, cath lab, and EP lab as needed.
- Complete echocardiograms using advanced ultrasound equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of cardiac ultrasound experience as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer with at least 4000 echocardiograms performed.
- RCS-CCI or RDCS-ARDMS certification required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
