Entry Level Sales Representative

Field Sales RepresentativeField Sales Representative (FSR) is responsible for supporting the growth of the pallet business by developing new customer relationships and servicing existing accounts within the assigned territory. This role is designed for individuals early in their sales career who are eager to learn the business, build strong customer relationships, and grow into a full territory management role.The FSR will partner closely with inside sales and operations teams to deliver strong customer service, identify opportunities, and drive volume and margin growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territoryConduct customer visits to understand operations, needs, and growth opportunitiesSupport the sales process from prospecting through closing and ongoing account managementDevelop and present proposals and quotes for customers.Account ManagementService existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growthRespond to customer inquiries, pricing requests, and product needsPartner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolutionSupport account planning and growth strategies for key customersMarket & Territory SupportLearn the pallet and industrial packaging market, including customer applications and usageTrack leads, opportunities, and sales activity within CRM or tracking toolsMonitor territory trends and communicate customer insights to leadershipAssist in building territory plans focused on volume growth and profitabilityInternal CollaborationWork closely with inside sales, operations, and logistics teams to support customer needsCommunicate effectively across departments to resolve issues and deliver solutionsParticipate in training, ride-alongs, and development opportunities to build product and market knowledgeQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field prepared0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fieldStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHigh level of initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learnAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyValid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territoryEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
