Compensation & Schedule:

• $18–$24/hour (base + tips)
• 30–40 hours/week
• 3–4 days/week, typically 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM

About the Role

As a Dog Bather (SCENT Tech), you'll deliver hands-on hygiene and wellness services that keep dogs clean, healthy, and comfortable. This role is focused on safe dog handling, consistency, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with your team to ensure every dog receives high-quality care while maintaining a clean, organized, and stress-free environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform bathing and hygiene services including blow drying, ear cleaning, nail trimming/grinding, teeth brushing, and gland expression
• Follow Scenthound processes to deliver consistent, high-quality care
• Complete S.C.E.N.T. Checks and record health indicators
• Prepare dogs for grooming and additional services
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work as part of a team to complete services efficiently and on schedule

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working hands-on with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable, coachable, and open to feedback
• Calm, patient, and safety-focused
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods
