We are a busy, customer-focused restaurant in Atlanta dedicated to serving high-quality meals in a friendly and fast-paced environment. We're looking for a reliable and experienced line cook to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a restaurant kitchen
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Food handler certification preferred

Schedule

• Flexible shifts (day, night, weekends, and holidays as needed)

Compensation

• Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)
