Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector – 1st ShiftWe are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team! The Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.What You'll Do:Perform First Article, In-Process, and Final InspectionsConduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspectionsUse measuring tools and testing equipment to verify product specificationsPerform dimensional testing using a CMMRecord inspection results and data in SPC systemsIdentify defects, deviations, and nonconformancesComplete inspection check sheets and maintain accurate documentationWork closely with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issuesAssist with product sorting and rework when neededSupport internal and external quality auditsFollow established QMS and cGMP requirementsAssist with training and observing Inspector PackersFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsWhat We're Looking For:Previous quality inspection experience preferredExperience with measuring tools and inspection equipmentCMM experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to read and follow specifications and work instructionsBasic computer skills and ability to accurately document inspection resultsAbility to identify and communicate quality issuesAbility to work well with both Production and Quality teamsWhy You'll Like This Opportunity:$20.00/hour1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PMMonday–FridayOpportunity to build your quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environmentApply today!
