Finance Manager

Private Equity client - $500M+ seeking Finance Manager. Growing, private equity-backed organization is seeking a Finance Mana manager to support strategic financial planning, reporting, and business analysis initiatives. This highly visible role partners closely with executive leadership and plays a key role in driving financial insights, forecasting, and process improvements across a multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario analysis Analyze financial and operational performance, providing actionable insights to leadership Manage and enhance financial planning and consolidation systems, reporting tools, and dashboards Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for senior leadership, investors, and board stakeholders Support acquisition integration activities, performance tracking, and reporting requirements Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and leverage technology to increase efficiency. Partner with operational leaders to develop KPIs and performance measurement tools. Qualifications 5+ years of experience across investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, and/or FP&A Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills Experience working in a multi-entity environment with consolidations and complex reporting structures Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence or financial planning tools Proven ability to communicate financial concepts and recommendations to executive leadership Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field CPA, CFA, MBA, or experience with automation, AI, or data analytics tools is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Financial Additions
