Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Real Estate Lending Associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in commercial real estate lending and a strong ability to manage complex transactions. Duties Draft and negotiate commercial loan documents. Review title examinations and prepare title commitments and policies. Represent clients in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate. Handle related financing matters. Requirements 5-10 years of experience in commercial real estate lending. Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Admission to the state bar. Skills Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
