Position Overview The General Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the business while maintaining full P&L responsibility. This role is responsible for leading office staff, service technicians, sales personnel, and department managers to ensure operational efficiency, revenue growth, employee development, and world‑class customer service. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands HVAC operations, and is passionate about developing teams and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
