Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience working with elementary-aged students
• Background in developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong understanding of diverse learning styles and behavioral strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt instruction and classroom materials for various learning differences

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for assigned students
• Deliver direct instruction in both small groups and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and related service providers
• Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for all learners
• Track and document student progress, reporting outcomes and adjustments as needed
• Meet regularly with families and other stakeholders to review goals and outcomes
• Participate in professional development and team meetings as required
